These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this online store and your purchases from it. The store is operated by Serano LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and cosmetic use

Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always follow the instructions provided. Do not use the products on broken, irritated or infected skin, and consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a skin condition or are under medical treatment. Results vary from person to person.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, product offers and promotions at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock; if we do, you will be fully refunded. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary slightly.

4. Payment

Payment is due at checkout and is processed by our third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, returns and guarantee

Shipping, returns, refunds and our 90-Day Results or Money-Back Guarantee are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Reviews and content you submit

When you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is truthful, reflects your own experience and does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our store and marketing. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Serano LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, or purchase products for unauthorized resale.

Except as expressly stated in our policies, the store and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serano LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Serano LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the products.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
